London Music Tour
Great excitement in the buildup to our Music Tour to London.
Our Music department will travel with a large group of music students and students involved in music related activities from 24th -26th March. They will attend West-End shows, St. Martin in the Fields and The Royal Academy of Music Museum.
St. Leo's College Music Department provides the students with many opportunities to be involved in music related activities. Extra-curricular Music options include:

Folk/Liturgical Choir
Under the direction of Ms.Aine Sheils the Folk/Liturgical Choir are essential to sacred and liturgical ceremonies throughout the school calendar.
Orchestra
Orchestra rehearsals are under the direction of Ms. Mc Carthy.
Traditional Group
The traditional Group rehearse weekly and perform for school events and concerts.
Musical
Transition Year students take part in a school musical production. The musical is all inclusive and every student is given the opportunity to perform on stage. St. Leo's College has teamed up with the CBS St. Mary's Academy boys in recent years. This year rehearsals are already well underway for Beauty and the Beast. Tickets for the amazing show in May are available from the Visual Theatre and online.
Summer Concert Series
Students are encouraged to showcase their artistic performance skills towards the end of the academic year. Any student is welcome to perform for an audience of their peers and teachers on a weekly basis in the school assembly hall. Parents are most welcome to attend.
