This is a very useful CBT course for anyone who is feeling stressed at the moment. It’s live and began yesterday but that session will repeat today for all who want to do it. See dates below.

Dates

The six sessions are 90 minutes a session and will cover different topics. Participants are encouraged to watch all sessions, but participants can join at any stage for one or more session.

  1. Session 1: What is stress? - Monday 13 April at 2pm – 3.30pm repeated at 8.30pm – 10pm
  2. Session 2: Controlling your body - Thursday 16 April at 2pm – 3.30pm repeated at 8.30pm – 10pm
  3. Session 3: Controlling your thoughts -Monday 20 April 2pm – 3.30pm repeated at 8.30pm – 10pm
  4. Session 4: Controlling your actions - Thursday 23 April 2pm – 3.30pm repeated at 8.30pm – 10pm
  5. Session 5: Controlling panicky feelings and getting a good night’s sleep - Monday 27 April 2pm – 3.30pm repeated at 8.30pm –10pm
  6. Session 6: Boosting your wellbeing tying it all together controlling your future - Thursday 30 April 2pm -3.30pm repeated 8.30pm -10pm

The Department of Education and Skills has received a letter for all schools from the Chief Medical Officer at the Department of Health, Dr Tony Holohan, addressing the recent school closure as a result of the confirmed Covid-19 case.
