Green School

St. Leo's College Green School Team are constant innovators and work hard to promote environmental awareness. Recycling is a key focus for the the team and this year the school supported the drive to increase waste recycling by installing recycling bins around the school campus. Students are encouraged to use the recycling bins to dispose of their waste and protect the environment.

This week the Green School Team planted an oak tree as part of their plan to improve the natural environment on campus and raise awareness of the importance of trees for air quality, sustainable flora and fauna habitats and general wellbeing.

Our Polytunnel, vegetable and flower beds are a great resource and help to educate the school community on all aspects of horticulture.

Well done to the Home Economics Department who are now composting!
